NW-44 Single-Cylinder Multi-Fuel UAV Engine is the most configurable small UAV propulsion system on the market today. Designed for aircraft in the 18 to 35 kg (40-75 lbs.) weight class,* this UAV engine is easily scaled with multiple cylinder configurations, giving it flexibility that can’t be found in hobby based engine designs. Though it is most often used in defense UAV, the NW-44 engine has also been deployed in civilian UAV that monitor climate change or forest fires, map glaciers, or support police, fire or law enforcement bureaus.

NW-88 Twin-Cylinder Multi-Fuel UAV Engine borrows design elements from the NW-44, which allows it to offer the same durability and reliability for larger aircraft. Like the NW-44 engine, the NW-88 engine is a purpose-built multi-fuel complete propulsion system, ready to get your UAV in the air with few, if any modifications. As a twin-cylinder, the NW-88 engine is designed for aircraft in the 29 to 68 kg (65-150 lbs.) weight class.* It’s the fuel-efficiency, reliability and durability of the NW-44 for larger aircraft.

NW-500 Twin-Cylinder Gas UAV Engine is a ready-to-fly propulsion system with a simple interface. Built to be self-contained, the NW-500 engine has a vibration isolation system to minimize interference with sensitive autopilot and payload electronics. This powerful, heavy-duty complete propulsion system is designed for aircraft up to the 250 kg (551 lbs.) weight class,* depending on mission requirements.

All of Northwest UAV’s engines are designed to alleviate ITAR and end of life concerns, and are primed to gain STANAG 4671 and FAA Certification.
*All engine applications are highly dependent on airframe.
